⚠️ Trigger warning ⚠️ This may make some question their beliefs.
I have recently discovered (or finally admit to the fact) that I don’t tolerate certain people very well... those who refuse to drop their harmful patterns that harm others. I’m uncomfortable around those who frequently project their unhealed stuff out onto others and situations, leaving a mess in their wake without a care, or apologize with the expectation that they'll be exonerated from consequences without having to do the work on themselves. F* you! 🤬 Although I really do also have sympathy for and understand the pain of the unresolved pattern you’re in......But mostly just F* you. I'm sorry for what you went through, do your work to claim and clean up your mess, don’t keep passing it on to our beautiful shared world that you shit all over, and then call stinky. OWN. YOUR. PART. Now, many people believe that it's not spiritually evolved to allow ourselves to feel this way. After 2 decades of developing myself to reflect the highest expression of my potential, I've come to a new conclusion...it's not healthy to dismiss the feelings that come up when we get triggered. It's not ok to judge our own resistance to someone's energy as if we should be better at withstanding their negativity. Our bodies are wise, and there's a difference between being unstable due to unhealed emotions from trauma being activated when triggered, vs intuiting someone else's negativity and upholding boundaries so to protect yourself from it. It is LOVING to honor the space in between you and others with boundaries. If you frequently lose yourself in relation to another, it's healthy to claim your power by managing who gets to share that space with you. As vibrational beings, we are sensitive to the energies of our environment. If someone is having a hard time containing themselves, it's ok to not want to be around them. Send them love, pray for their best outcome, then if it's warranted and the situation demands it, communicate your position in a loving non-threatening way. Of course we are always a work in progress. I will not pretend that I do not have to stay diligent in my Self-Mastery practices. But I'm not going to spiritually bypass the shadows anymore.
