My Professional background

With over two decades in service, my work is an extension of my devotion as a Trauma Informed Transformational Growth Coach, Somatic and Bioenergetic Healer, Spiritual Mentor, Teacher, Author, Show Host, Workshop Facilitator and Keynote Speaker... open to truth and expanding consciousness through holistic healing in mind body medicine.

Other than the results I get for people and decades of professional experiece....

My own "great awakening"  was more like a series of illuminating initiations over the years. I have experienced both the naturally occuring sudden onset of massive change, as well as made a proactive choice to consciously change.

Healing is like the dawn breaking through a long dark night, slowly yet exponentially. As the light of greater consciousness exposes the terrain of ones life, one must be ready to face hard truths and respond differenty to them.  This is the path work.

​Facing my own struggles has helped me loosen my grip of control and trust the natural flow of life / God / the Universe. 

​I admire those who come to this work. Everyone has something of value that I feel so blessed to witness and be in the presence of. 

​My personal journey leading me to this very moment of BEing (w)here I  AM NOW  has been  an incredible non-stop learning experience.  

​Except I didn't always see it for what it was worth. 

As a young adult, and like many of us,  I endured my fair share of hardships, including the death of my sons father and other friends lost at the hands of addiction, and suffered from multiple health issues as a direct result of being an emotional mess

Some personal challenges I had to fight to overcome have included 

• violence, betrayal, loss, divorce
• being a single mom in poverty 
• debilitating stress induced anxiety
• health issues like: addictions, depression, fatigue, physical & emotional pain, chronic illness 
• navigating the terrain of entrepreneurship
• severe self-esteem issues; imposter syndrom, disempowered

During my darkest time, I had an enlightening experience. The only way I can describe what happened to me is that I was blessed with Divine Grace through which I awakened.

I learned some BIG lessons on my journey. I learned that life is happening FOR us, FROM us, THROUGH us, but not to us as we all like to think. 

​And most importantly I learned that love, forgiveness & understanding heal all things.  I mean... I kid you not... EVERYTHING!

Being "stuck" motivated me to fully explore Universal truths and higher consciousness. I started out in search of something or someone to save me and found myself. This motivated me to help others.

People who are ready, willing and able to take ownership of their personal power to change themselves & the make an impact on the world. 

I've been so fortunate to have had many wise teachers cross my path, helping me see the highest truth in all things. From ancient wisdom keepers, shaman's, light workers, peaceful warriors and brilliant modern day science based healers. 

These guides have inspired me to move past the darkness and into the light, and since finding my way I made it my personal mission to assist others who were looking to awaken their highest conscious life potential.
